Rebecca burst onto the Hockeyroos scene in 2018, when she scored on debut against Argentina at the Champions Trophy, where the team would later go on to win gold. Her debut came after a rocky start, when she was called up to be part of the Hockeyroos team at the Four Nations tournament in Japan in September 2018 but she was forced to make a late withdrawal due to injury. In 2016, Rebecca was a part of the Jillaroos team that won bronze at the 2016 Junior World Cup, she then represented Australia at U23 level for tour of Europe in 2017. She was selected in the 2019 Hockeyroos squad following her debut in 2018. She was left out of the 2020 Hockeyroos squad but earned a recall in 2022, where she has remained in the line up. Rebecca scored two world class goals against Great Britain in the FIH Pro League 2022-23 Season in Christchurch.
