The Hockey Australia Hockey Heroes Photo Competition has closed for 2023.
The Hockey Heroes Photo competition highlights people who are integral to our sport. The aim of the competition is to recognise and showcase the coaches, officials, club administrators, committee members, grounds people, team managers and volunteers who work tirelessly to create the safe, welcoming and inclusive clubs we have across the country.
Open nationally, the competition gives all members of the community across Australia the opportunity to send in photos that capture the heroes of local hockey doing what they do best – whether it’s as a coach, official, club administrator, committee member, parent or volunteer.
Prize Winners for the 2023 Hockey Heroes Competition are as follows;
Winner: Emma Wilkinson - SA (Nominating Bruce Murrie)
Runner Up 1: Daniel Borrett - ACT (Nominating Ed & Amy)
Runner Up 2: Hayley Price - NSW (Nominating Sean McCullen & Todd Price)
