HA National Championship Participation Agreement (Apr-24)

Each year, Hockey Australia (HA) organises a series of National Hockey Events (Events). In addition to the preparation for the Championships that you will undertake for your State or Territory, HA requires Athletes, Athlete and Team Support Personnel, Administrators and Officials (Participants) of these Events to agree to the below conditions in order to participate.
