Hockey Australia will be running an online Level 1 Indoor Hockey Coaching Course.

During this course you will gain the knowledge to become an accredited Indoor Hockey Level 1 Coach (Foundation Lead).

You will be required to register and complete the pre-course work prior to the first session.

Course Content

Basic indoor skills and knowledge 

Basic goalkeeper knowledge

Plan and prepare for training sessions

Goal shooting, PCA and PCD’s

Basic structure’s and press’s

Coaching styles and information.

You will then be required to complete a practical assessment (through your State or Territory representative).

$50 - Online Course + Pre Course Assessment 
$50 – HockeyED Accreditation

As with the Level 1 Coach accreditation, participants in the Indoor Coach Level 1 will be expected to have completed the Sport Aust Community Coaching General Principles online course unless they are a trained teacher in which case, they need to produce a scanned copy of their qualification. If you have a valid General Principles of Coaching cerificate, you will not be required to complete the course again.
